Soft clumping & non-sticking

The clumping litter that puts an end to scattering outside the tray. The pellets’ special form stops them from sticking to a cat’s fur and paws, significantly reducing the problem of litter being accidentally carried out of the tray. Cat’s Best Smart Pellets also use the natural power of refined active wood fibres, which effectively absorb liquids and odours - up to seven times their own volume - and trap them deep inside. This neutralises odours so effectively that the cat litter can remain in the litter tray for up to seven weeks.

Cat’s Best Smart Pellets function best when you regularly dispose of the solid excretions and clumps that form after the cat has used the litter tray – using an original Cat’s Best cat litter shovel, which contains just the right hole spacing for the pellet size. The Mini Power Pellets that CAT’S BEST NatureGold are made from are heavier than, for instance,

CAT’S BEST ÖkoPlus. As a result, they don't stick to fur, even with long-haired cats and therefore don't get carried out of the litter tray.

Pet Haus offers FREE delivery on orders of AED 100/- or more. If orders are under AED 100/- an AED 20/- charge will apply.

Deliveries in Dubai and Sharjah: Orders received before 11am will be scheduled to be delivered on the next day provided all items are available in stock or with the supplier. Orders received after 11am will be scheduled for delivery the day after. Orders received on Thursday will be fulfilled on Saturday. Orders received on Friday will be fulfilled on Sunday. We currently do not deliver on Fridays.

Deliveries to other Emirates - provided all items are available in stock: Orders that require delivery to other Emirates require 3-4 working days to be processed and fulfilled. A min. order amount of AED 1,000 is applicable for deliveries to Emirates other than Dubai and Sharjah. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to COVID-19 requirement of entering the Emirate of Abu Dhabi we are at the moment not delivering to this Emirate.

Returns Policy

We will accept return / exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact, with any proof of purchase (e.g. receipt/invoice, email confirmation, etc.), within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed - time of refund processing depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Out of Stock Items:

Should your ordered item be out of stock which can happen in case the supplier did not notify us in time to update our own stock inventory, refund will be processed through the payment channel. Alternatively, we can offer you an alternative product of the same or similar quality and design. If the alternative product is more expensive we will charge the additional balance accordingly. If the item is cheaper we will refund you the balance.
