We understand that getting your pet's products quickly is very important to you and therefore we make every effort to process and fulfill your order as fast as possible.

We currently deliver our products only within Dubai and Sharjah through our professional in-house logistics team.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you live in another Emirate and wish to place an order, please get in touch with our customer care team on customercare@pethaus.com as we would require a certain min. order amount for other Emirates. In these cases it can take up to 3 - 5 working days for the order to be delivered.

Please note that due to COVID restrictions of entering the Emirate of Abu Dhabi we cannot accept any orders to be delivered to this Emirate. 

 

Delivery Charges:

Pet Haus offers FREE delivery on orders of AED 100/- or more. If orders are under AED 100/- an AED 25/- delivery fee will apply.

 

Delivery locations, days and schedule:

Deliveries to Dubai and Sharjah (7 days a week) - provided all items are available in stock:

  • Delivery Days: Monday - Sunday (7 days a week)
  • Same day delivery for orders received before 10AM possible if all items are available in our stock. Applicable for Dubai deliveries only. 
  • Generally we offer next day delivery, 7 days a week
  • In case an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you of any delays in your delivery. 
  • Only orders with a clear and full delivery address will be processed. If you provided the wrong delivery address by accident, please get in touch with our customer service team in order to update your delivery details

 

HOLIDAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE

In the event of a public holiday (Eid holidays, Christmas, National Day etc.) deliveries might be delayed:

  • If items are available in our stock, we will deliver within the above standard delivery terms.
  • If items are our of stock, there will be a delay in deliveries for such items as our suppliers are closed over public holidays.
  • We can arrange for split delivery at no extra cost to our customers - items available in our own stock will be delivered as per our standard delivery terms, items that need to be ordered with the suppliers will be delivered after the holiday period.  
  • We do apologize for any delays. Please plan your orders over public holidays accordingly. 
  • We do not deliver on Christmas Day, 25 December. 

Payment Options

At PetHaus.com we understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important. We use all the security tools at our disposal to protect your personal data and your credit card information from unauthorised access.

We currently offer the following forms of payment:

  • Cash/Card on Delivery (AED only)
  • Online Credit Card Payment (Visa and MasterCard)

We only accept AED currency as payment option for both cash on delivery and credit card payment.

Payments will be made in AED. If payments are not received prior to delivery, PetHaus.com holds the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries.

If the mode of Payment is Online Payment (Visa & MasterCard or American Express) Customers will receive a payment confirmation SMS from their bank.

 

Receiving of your Package

If you know you might not be in for your delivery, please leave details in the comments box upon placing your order where you would like your order to be left. Please note that for cash-on-delivery orders we cannot leave your package unless it has been paid for. 

 

Delivery Schedule

We deliver as per above detailed delivery schedule, provided all items are in stock, in Dubai and Sharjah 7 days/week from 10am - 6pm.

We can deliver to other Emirates upon request. A certain order amount needs to be met. Please contact us before you place your order.  Please note that we are currently not delivering to Abu Dhabi due to COVID restrictions.
