Cats see and hear sights and sounds that are beyond our perception. They experience the world in ways we can only imagine with their unique sense of taste, touch and smell. Cat It Design Senses products are made with the cat in mind and designed to appeal to all of the cat's senses.
Cat It Design Senses products can be used individually or combined together to create a complete Sensory Activity Center for the pet.
The Cat It Design Senses Scratch Pad appeals to your cat's sense of touch, providing the scratching surface he instinctively needs. Cats communicate through touch. When a cat scratches an object, scent glands in the paws deposit the cat's odor as a way to mark his territory.
Add catnip (included) or conceal treats (not included) in the cut-outs for multi-sensory appeal. Refill scratch pads sold separately.

Pet Haus offers FREE delivery on orders of AED 100/- or more. If orders are under AED 100/- an AED 20/- charge will apply.
Deliveries in Dubai and Sharjah: Orders received before 11am will be scheduled to be delivered on the next day provided all items are available in stock or with the supplier. Orders received after 11am will be scheduled for delivery the day after. Orders received on Thursday will be fulfilled on Saturday. Orders received on Friday will be fulfilled on Sunday. We currently do not deliver on Fridays.
Deliveries to other Emirates - provided all items are available in stock: Orders that require delivery to other Emirates require 3-4 working days to be processed and fulfilled. A min. order amount of AED 1,000 is applicable for deliveries to Emirates other than Dubai and Sharjah. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to COVID-19 requirement of entering the Emirate of Abu Dhabi we are at the moment not delivering to this Emirate.
Returns Policy
We will accept return / exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact, with any proof of purchase (e.g. receipt/invoice, email confirmation, etc.), within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed - time of refund processing depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Out of Stock Items:
Should your ordered item be out of stock which can happen in case the supplier did not notify us in time to update our own stock inventory, refund will be processed through the payment channel. Alternatively, we can offer you an alternative product of the same or similar quality and design. If the alternative product is more expensive we will charge the additional balance accordingly. If the item is cheaper we will refund you the balance.
