(pumpkin 4%), minerals, oils and fats (linseed oil 0.2%).

Analytical constituents:
Protein – 10%, crude oils and fats – 7%, crude ash – 2.5%, crude fibres -
0.8%, moisture – 78%, calcium – 0.3%, phosphorus – 0.25%.

The pet food is rich in protein characterized by high lysine and leucine
content which strengthen muscles and bones. Game is a valuable source of
iron, selenium, copper and zinc – mineral constituents enhancing the
immune system of an organism as well as the antioxidant properties of body
fluids. These ingredients play also an important role in the regulation of skin
functions. Besides, game is a source of vitamin B12, niacin and vitamins
which are fat soluble. The addition of pumpkin enriches the pet food with
dietary fiber providing a feeling of satiety and stimulating peristalsis. It also
supplies an additional amount of compounds which are biologically active,
stimulating metabolic functions of an organism and enhancing the taste.

Pet Haus offers FREE delivery on orders of AED 100/- or more. If orders are under AED 100/- an AED 20/- charge will apply.

Deliveries in Dubai and Sharjah: Orders received before 11am will be scheduled to be delivered on the next day provided all items are available in stock or with the supplier. Orders received after 11am will be scheduled for delivery the day after. Orders received on Thursday will be fulfilled on Saturday. Orders received on Friday will be fulfilled on Sunday. We currently do not deliver on Fridays.

Deliveries to other Emirates - provided all items are available in stock: Orders that require delivery to other Emirates require 3-4 working days to be processed and fulfilled. A min. order amount of AED 1,000 is applicable for deliveries to Emirates other than Dubai and Sharjah. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to COVID-19 requirement of entering the Emirate of Abu Dhabi we are at the moment not delivering to this Emirate.

Returns Policy

We will accept return / exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact, with any proof of purchase (e.g. receipt/invoice, email confirmation, etc.), within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed - time of refund processing depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Out of Stock Items:

Should your ordered item be out of stock which can happen in case the supplier did not notify us in time to update our own stock inventory, refund will be processed through the payment channel. Alternatively, we can offer you an alternative product of the same or similar quality and design. If the alternative product is more expensive we will charge the additional balance accordingly. If the item is cheaper we will refund you the balance.
